I immediately fell in love with the underwater world the moment i discovered diving! It's a totally new environment and to see the sea creatures in their natural habitat was itself an awesome experience. I always wanted to upgrade myself to instructor rating so that I could further improve on my skill set. As most of the Instructor program is very structure n required a certain number of candidates before it was conducted n is time consuming as it required almost daily to attend classes. Till I met my old friend which is also a ITDA Assessor Examiner who introduce me to ITDA which is not so much heard in the I industry. He offer a very flexible program which suit my schedule.
Enrolling in the ITDA
ITP(Instructor Training Program) was a game
changer. The instructional material and its course
contents are ideal for potential candidates to
prepare themselves for this stage of their dive
career. Even if it was to further enhanced their
knowledge in the diving arena.
The trainer was in close proximity
during the dive practical sessions n assessment .
Ever ready to lent a helping hand should we
encounter any problems. This well run programme has
given me more confidence in my future approach to
conduct dive courses or expeditions.
The dive location at Palau Tioman
was the ideal choice to conduct the dive
expeditions. All the check list was there,
accomodation, good food, great weather, interesting
dive spots etc. What more could you ask for? 👍👏

It's been always my greatest passion in scuba diving and wanted to explore the exciting underwater w-orld out of military diving. I have been a naval diver for almost 4 decade and is always my dream to impart my experience n knowledge to the younger diver.
There is when Hui who is the ITDA Assessor
Examiner offered me a cross over program which mean
I don required to go thru the entire instructor
course which I applause ITDA for recognizing my
experience on the navy.
I enrolled in the ITDA instructor
cross over program which provided me a really
enjoyable head start and all diving instructional
materials are carefully designed and easy to
understand for candidates. The trainer are really
knowledgeable and great at what they do in every
aspects.
During
diving practical n assessment the assessor is always
watching over the whole process and also help
overcome any problem, if arise.
I have gained in depth confidence
now and prepared as a diving instructor and armed
with knowledge how to deal with problems encounter
by new open water divers, the dive admin office,
dive equipment workshop setup and dive boats support
etc.
Palau Tioman
dive exploration was the ideal for newbies with all
combinations of, great weather, warm waters, awesome
diving, good food and a generally chill at night.
Honest feedback, the matter of fact it is affordable
and able achieve my desires goal.
