Why do you need help and training with Dive Shows?
The scale and organisation of an international dive show can be a daunting task and can also be a total money pit and many small operations commit to a marketing budget before completly understanding all of the elements and costs / logistics involved in setting up and running a show for maximum benefits...
Many shows can cost from $10,000 USD for a small stand (2mx2m or 10ftx10ft) with minimal marketing effort and only very basic promotions... More realistically a reasonable budget would be in the region of $20k to $25,000 for a 3-4 day event... We have had shows with budgets of $50k+ USD ending up costing over $80k+ USD... A big chunk of cash out of operating expenses! This could break a smaller business.
This is a very serious investment and you MUST consider your marketing objectives and measureable returns... Therefore to take advice and plan correctly with the hindsight of experience for around just 10 to 15% of your budget, it is a very valuable investment and you will find just a small cost compared to making costly mistakes which may increase your budget by as much as 40%...
