IHMP Medical Training Director

To qualify for this level you will need to be an MD (Medical Doctor) or equal level Physician with an Interest in First Aid, Emergency Care and Medical care training, an interest in Hyperbaric / Diving medicine would also be an advantage but is not required. Or you maybe a trauma-care medic, paramedic trainer or First Responder Trainer/Assessor.

Applications are by appointment from ITDA Group HQ or ITDA/IHMP Regional Management qualified as IHMP Assessors...

What can an ITDA/IHMP Medical Training Director do?

They may simply run / operate all levels of ITDA/IHMP First Aid and Medical training programs, including all IHMP Instructor and IHMP Instructor trainer levels, they may also assist as medical advisers to ITDA Group regional offices and to ITDA Group HQ Staff.

What is a Medical/First Aid Assessor Examiner?

This is the level that can assess examine and certify ITDA/IHMP First Aid and Medical Instructor Trainers.

ITDA/IHMP Assessor Examiner and  Trainer/Assessor / Course Director/Assessor

Our ITDA/IHMP Assessor Examiner is a grade added to our Instructor trainer level and above, requiring our "Instructor Assessment Module (How to conduct ITDA Instructor Assessments, Evaluations and Exams) and Assessor Examiners may certify all ITDA/IHMP  Instructor level programs from CPR to Dive Medic Instructor Trainer) And may also be appointed as ITDA/IHMP Course Director / Assessor Examiner, who can train and certify ITDA/IHMP Instructor Trainers and Trainer Assessors...  ITDA/IHMP Course Directors are appointed by ITDA Group HQ "Executive Training Board", after an Assessment Course Program ITDA/IHMP-CD Program... Currently we have 6 IHMP Assessors worldwide...

United Kingdom has the first Appointee at this level with: Tim Stevens of Beer Divers - Devon. IHMP First Aid/Medical Assessor?

These levels are advanced not just by completing the HQ training modules but also on merit and previous experience for example if you were a "AN OTHER TRAINING AGENCY", Instructor Trainer with 100+ Instructor certifications and 3-5 years experience as an instructor trainer, we may invite you to crossover to Trainer Assessor in ITDA/IHMP, and after 25 ITDA/IHMP Instructor certifications, an invitation to become an ITDA/IHMP Course Director/Assessor Examiner... or...

If you were an ITDA/IHMP Instructor Trainer with 25+ Instrutor ITDA/IHMP Certifications you may apply to be upgraded to Instructor Trainer/Assessor and attend our Assessor Workshop Program.

ITDA/IHMP Trainer/Assessor and ITDA/IHMP Course Director / Assessor Examiner are invitations to upgrade ONLY based on, attending an ITDA Group Executive Board Interview or an interview with regional managers and HQ Staff after having passed the Assessor Examiner Training Module / workshop and Examiner tests.

Who can certify at this level?

Our worldwide/global Chief Examiner is Dr. Stephen Craig-Murray DSci./PhD. IHMP/AREMT Assessor and Hyperbaric DMT Medic Trainer. Steve is also our ITDA Group International - CEO and Chairman of the ICoD International College of Diving.
