ITDA are a full-service diving industry training business. This simply means that we can offer / cover all elements of diver training and certification and add value by offering higher training standards and add on products.
We also offer diving
related training and certifications to International
standards for non-divers.
Non-Diving Training and Certification
As ITDA Professionals are
highly skilled educators, trainers, instructors and
assessors in teaching and training divers; Dive Theory (Physics, Physiology,
First-Aid and Rescue etc.) Training and Drilling Skills
in; Motor Skills, Awareness, Environment and solving
possible physical problems with Equipment. Therefore,
our professionals are ideally placed to offer more than
just scuba diving training and certifications.
About Non-Diving
There are so many aspects of
diver pre-training, like "Snorkelling and Swimming",
that may be stand alone skills or combined with other
skills and training to make better divers!
Non-Diving also covers our "Dry Training"
programs like "Equipment Specialist" and "Decompression
theory", plus IHMP
First Aid.

TDA Swimming Certifications
for Non-Divers and anyone who wants to learn to dive but
cannot swim and needs to learn to swim before
training commences. So we are offering from our
diving professionals and First-Aid Instructors a variety
of course programs that may lead to diving but are
certifications in their own right!
Swimming Certifications
We can offer courses in learning to swim, starting
with buoyancy aids and leading to Swimming
certifications.
Snorkelling / Free Diving
Snorkelling and Free Diving are excellent ways to enjoy maximum fun in the water and we focus our training on "SAFETY FIRST" and then "MAXIMUM FUN"...
With a little theory about the hazards and risks involved in any activities conducted in Confined or/and Open Water Environments, plus....+Skills, Exercises and Environmental Awareness, plus first-aid training for: Bites, Stings, Venom, Jelly fish etc.

WARNING!
When you are looking to buy snorkelling equipment, please be careful as there are many low-cost and even dangerous products out there, especially beware low cost "Masks" which may have a glass lens, that is NOT "SAFETY GLASS", the words "Tempered" or "SAFETY Glass", should be printed or engraved on the lens area.
Fins should be a "Comfortable Fit" or you may risk cramping, they should be firm but not too stiff... and also very important the snorkel itself - Beware any snorkel with a low bore tube or any obstruction over the top (Such as ping pong balls etc.) as the best and most comfortable breathing will come from a large bore tube and a silicone mouth piece, not plastic or rubber.... We also offer "Rescue Swimmer" Courses...
If you choose a low volume or narrow bore tube you risk breathing large amounts of CO2 back into your lungs with each breath, which may lead to a black out! (Shallow water Blackout!)

First Aid Training and Certification
IHMP The International Hyperbaric Medical Programs (IHMP) has been the First-Aid and Medical Training Division of ITDA Group International since the beginning in 1998 and continues to provide both divers and non-divers with the highest standards of training and International certifications.
ITDA/IHMP (Stephen
Craig-Murray) Are full members of the UK Resuscitation
Council 854697 and also the ERC The
European Resuscitation Council (ERC) which is the
European Interdisciplinary Council for Resuscitation
Medicine and Emergency Medical Care.
